Aiden Gonzalez is a freelance photojournalist based in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. He graduated from the University of North Texas in May 2026 with a degree in photojournalism and a minor in photography. Most recently, Gonzalez completed a photography fellowship with The Texas Tribune, where he further developed his experience in editorial photography and visual storytelling.

During his undergraduate career, Gonzalez spent eight semesters working for The North Texas Daily, the university’s editorial student newspaper, serving as photo editor for five semesters and later as digital editor. He worked with Hatch Visuals, a student-run photography agency at UNT, first as technical director and head photographer, and later as managing editor overseeing the agency.

Through his work, Gonzalez strives to produce compelling, impactful imagery that captures meaningful moments, documents communities and tells stories with depth and perspective.
